I am running global developer ROM on RN3. I wanted to ask if the method about booting into edl mode and flashing to CHINA DEV ROM will allow me to unlock bootloader on my phone? Or should I just wait for a couple of days as you said? I am facing same issues while unlocking bootloader on Global Dev ROM.

Also one suggestion, if you're getting stuck at 50% thing, don't try it again and again multiple times, Xiaomi servers do ban in that case. Reason: They do it to prevent their servers from DDOS attacks. So just prevent spamming the unlock button :D

Hi.. My phone is Redmi 3s Prime.I have one doubt. The permission given by MI to unlock our device is one time permission or for lifelong??? If the same thing happened again then do we have to give another request and wait many DAYS for permission?? My device is locked now. I have sent a request to MI as you mentioned in your video. I have two options now. one is flashing with a stable ROM other is waiting for the reply from MI. which one i have to select??? If each time i have to do the same thing i will prefer to go with the flash option. Please give me your suggestions ASAP.

Please help me. I got the delivery of Redmi Note 3 16GB version today. But i am getting a strange rattling sound from the upper back portion of the phone(the camera area) whenever I am placing my phone on the table or even on the bed. The sound is coming from inside,and sounds like something is loosened inside that area. I updated the system, checked if the sim tray is fit perfectly. But got no solution. please tell me should I go for a replacement? Or it is a common problem, though I must say it feels very odd :(

Hey dhananjay what will be the solution for Mi Max, by mistake my little brother locked the mi max and with too many try it is locked for 119 minutes and since the bootloader is locked therefore it is not possible for me to enter in the recovery mode the second thing is none of the accounts were logged in that device because it was a new handset . please suggest further course.

Buddy help me out i have flashes the developer rom and when i unlock it stucks at 50% and gives the following message couldn't verify your device and below that no need to unlock this device..... I even checked bootloader status using cmd and it shows true under device unlocked and false under device tampered...... So now can i install twrp and root or what i have to do??

u need to log into the mi acc on the phone that u are using to unlock the phone so that your phone details are "bound" to the acc. This is a stupid xiaomi step becos when u 1st time get your hands on the phone, u don't go to login mi acc, set usb debugging etc.. so when your phone suddenly get bricked, u are literally get thrown out..because after that your phone will be in bootloop mode
