@@prem14784 a lot of companies copy the patented technology, especially outside the operating region of the patent owning company. Difficult to deal with legal hassles when your current market is not in that region. Even Mahindra copied Thar from Jeep Wrangler and openly selling. In fact, they even won the lawsuit in Australia. Google, Apple, Samsung have also been accused and proven to be guilty of infringing patents. So not a very new thing. Of course, it's not ethical but to build something big you need to get your hands a bit dirty one way or another.
