With me being the oldest sibling in a family of 8, things can get pretty tight with money. We spend all summer earning money so that the three oldest kids can buy christmas presents for the younger kids. My parents put all the money they make into bills, so we try to make it special for the youngins, and whatever is left we save for our future. Me and the other oldest kids understand that we might not get much for christmas, so this really hits home for me. Remember to be grateful for what you have, and dont take anything for granted

Devon's acting skills are legit! My favorite one was when he played Frank the Prankster this year which made me laugh so hard. Especially when he ended up pranking his Principal, his reaction was so hilarious which he turned into an angry hulk and Frank got in big trouble and ended up being a janitor.
The mother character is so good at acting, I honestly can't find the words to describe how amazing she is!! Edit: I’ve had so many reply about my avatar and they r not rly nice :

Oh gosh 😢 this brought back some sad memories. During a terrible financial time my son then 13 had to work really hard to get anything extra because we couldn't spare extra cash on luxuries. He dealt with spoiled rich kids like this one in story and now at 24 he continues to work and study Computer science. He does have emotional baggage due to some horrible despotic people he dealt with but his work ethic is pristine and I know that one day he will be top at his job. He didn't want me to stop him from working so at the time he didn't tell me what a nightmare it was to work for peers. He washed cars , ran errands tutored , worked as waiter at a pizza shop, kitchen help etc. I'm so proud of him, he just bought his first car all on his own. Hardship sucks but it does build character.
