Hello sir when I am trying to download data from twitter it is showing this error by ncapture "An error occurred while NCapture was retrieving data from Twitter. Please try again later." can you tell me what to do?

I am experiencing the same problem, I am using a mac device. May be that is the reason.

I have the same problem and I believe that Twitter might be blocking the capturing of their data.There is also the programm MaxQDA with which you can gather tweets but it has only a two week long free trial version.
