Hello sir, I am very fascinated by your information in all your videos.. thank you for sharing all this deep informations with us.. Sir, I got low rank in neetpg, I can’t repeat again, in 3rd round I might get DA.. I wana go for anesthesia but sir u mentioned it disrupts circadian rhythms/ sleep patterns, my body needs decent amount of sleep but my passion is medicine which I can’t get/ afford. Also I think all branches like peds, medicine, obgy, surgery requires night shifts .. Does anesthesia require more night duties than these branches?
@DheerajMasapu5 сағат бұрын
Night shifts are must in Anesthesia. Don't worry you will get used to it

I am anaesthesiology resident in a good hospital in Bengaluru Having interacted with mch residents of surgical onco, head n neck, gynaec onco I'd take up surgery only of you have the will to learn rigorously for 10 -15 years from the day you join pg life I am happy that I did not take up a surgical field coz it requires a lot of effort, dedication, patience Yet after doing so much it is not easy to survive in tier 1 or tier 2 cities Competition is so high If you are not strong enough then the competition will eat you alive

Good morning, sir. First of all, thank you so much for your videos..they are really very insightful🙏Sir, wished to know your opinion regarding a dilemma..would be really grateful. I wish to pursue MD Psychiatry..chances of getting that in a govt college are there but slim. And in case it doesn't work out, i am looking to create backup options. I am genuinely confused if that backup option should be MD Pathology from a delhi govt college ( i have never had any dislike for pathology literature but i can't say i am passionate about it either) OR MD Dermatology from a pvt college in UP( Much like pathology, i am very neutral about the subject).
