He is 1000% true when i was fresher 3 years ago i gave first interview where 90% questions are about your personality & 10% about technical knowledge. Also i was looking for ppc as fresher but by god's grace i got digital marketing ex. job role. then i became expert in meta ads and social media management by my freelance projects which i handled 2 years with job. I belong to tier 3 city. Then after 3 years i left the job because i got good experience and salary i was getting in tier 1 cities where not good (in term of savings & personal goal). NOW I have Started my own business in my town where i provide social media & meta ads to high ticket clients. No i don't have that fancy office and high income. I run my agency with only 1 staff and handle only 2 to 3 clients and still earning 200% more than my last salary within 4 months of starting a business. so focus on learning overall aspects of digital marketing. This is really great. I watched videos from both Umar Sir and Dheeraj Sir. Umar Sir talks to the audience about how to become a marketing leader or take on a significant role in large MNCs. Where as Dheeraj sir addresses those living in small cities and discusses how to grow from that position. I am from a small city and started my career in an agency before moving to Mumbai. I began as a generalist and then specialized in SEO in large agency, I believe this is a great path for me, as my goal is to reach a top position in marketing. One important point is the need to pursue a T-shaped marketing career, which I believe is essential for anyone looking to advance in their career. Additionally, personality development is a bigg biggg factor, and I am focusing on it to progress further in my marketing career.

I come from a city named Gaya, in Bihar and currently living in pune, though i have been here for only 8 months, Have not felt any inferiority and faced problem in stating soft dominance where need in work. It's all in your mind! Even if you are not confident; just fake it. It works fine! Becoming a Generalist or specialist will depend on the opportunities and teams you will work on. If you get a chance to work in a frugal environment then you will end up becoming a Generalist. If you work with well oiled engines then you will work as a part of a large team. Because courses teach something, but execution trains you and shapes you into what you are.
