@normandinh1 who was your seller? DHL can be a pain in the ass and check for any counterfeit items even if it's already been checked in. Contact DHL on what to do. if the US government sends you a form to explain the goods, you might be able to get them back if you explain to them that the headphones you ordered are just for non commercial use for non working headphones and that there value is less than 20 bucks. Where in the US are you from?
