There is no violence or hate. You are dreaming but you don't know that you are. You can instantly stop seeing all of that you thing is bad. Refuse to acknowledge it's real. Keep telling your self and everyone you talk to that this is a world of love, joy, peace and happiness. You will find whatever you look for or believe this workd is. Don't look for those negative things and you will stop seeing them. That means no watching of reality tv or horror movies or anything where people even argue. It may take a little while but you can process all the negativity out of your life and your dream life which is your waking life.

Alternatively you can also spread love and goodness by you mental vision while or after meditation. You can visualise a blue/green or any colour that signifies peace, love, harmony etc to you by 🎉like that and form a cloud over your area or country or continent or even the world. And your intention then will be that "I'm spreading love, joy, health etc" And you will also see how your own life will change. For example did you every tell an insect to come and sit on your hand or if the entire ducks in a pond just rush to you to greet you. They come to eat from the ground you have walked on🙏. It was Dec 25th 2005 when I went to India Putaparthi … to visit Sai Baba and Sridi Baba’s temple…. I saw Sai Baba turn Gold before my eyes… in disbelief I wiped my eyes thinking maybe there are lights but he stayed Gold the entire time…. Sai Ram now you explain Deihyo … Im still learning and evoking Golden Spirit… 🙏🏽

I was meditating and had the beautiful Golden light energy descend into my body from my Crown all the way down through my body, it was absolutely beautiful, I went into bliss for a few days. Have also had a white light do the same thing, also been filled with electricity bursting up and down my spine. Changed my life!

Amazing ji. I know about kundalini. I got fed up n thought let it come when it feels to come. But i did not know body moving without control is kundalini evoking. I hv this my body moves uncontrollably during meditation. I used to hv a kind of vibration around my womb n hip. It was vibrating almost a week. I dont who to ask n kept quite n prayed. Later I asked many people but no one was able to answer. My deep meditation really moves my body. I first experienced it when i was 27years old while chanting n meditating. I thought something was wrong with me n i know it was not trance. All spiritual people could not answer me why. Now i know. Thanks a million ji. You are a nectar or amrit to human🙏🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤💐

Not all teachers can reply to our questions n queries on our experiences during the process ...Each one s unique in this path. I had vibrations inside my vagina, but not exactly vagina for many days as if there was some drilling work going on near by. It wud happen any time of the day. I NVR got a clue y it happened. Now after 10-15 years I'm getting confirmation. I feel blessed. Though I I'm on this journey since youngage. I met many spiritual people,practioners, teachers, masters, still my quest dint stop.
