The joke is that yellow and red guy get completely sidetracked from the funeral for duck and begin turning the song into a tutorial for baking a shepherd's pie. Yellow responds to the confusion with "wait... what are we doing?" as a geniune question because the two seem to have forgotten about their friend's pretty-important funeral because they unintentionally twisted the purpose of the song. What's unique about the setup is that the song uses multiple lyrics to lay out the idea that they are hyperfocusing on making the pie, and the punchline hits when the two are revealed to have actually forgotten about the funeral because they were baking. This takes more than 10 seconds of build-up before the joke can actually land effectively. >10 seconds is a lot of time for a joke, by dhmis's standards.
