Dhoom 3 was a massive box office success, and held the record of highest grossing Indian film of all time until the release of PK the year after that. Itna galat koi kaise ho sakta hai Korbin? And yes, it is by far the worst movie in the series, the first two on the other hand are actually enjoyable as good "timepass" entertainment.

For people watching this movie and feeling this is silly, you guys really need to watch the sequels. This is the most logical Dhoom of all three. That was a time when Superbikes were uncommon here and no social media existed. Vehicles were usually imported illegally to bypass the heavy custom duties. The thief market specialised in swapping number plates as there no digital footprints to track. The Express Highways were supposed to be a novelty. Today's kids dont even have a hint of what this movie did in promoting the motorbiking culture. Its literally a Pre-Dhoom and a Post-Dhoom era. A whole ecosystem of business has thrived beacuse of this movie. From OEMs making a drastic change in design to promote 150cc-300cc bikes as a lifestyle product to Helmets becoming cool in a market that still has a hard time embracing safety to riding gears..
