This may be the best podcast I ever heard, and I listen to a lot of them. Dhru is a good host, and Dr. Vojdani is a great guest, lots of good info. I've been feeling like crap lately, and after listening to this, I stopped eating all dairy (was doing lots of cheese and whey protein powder). Within 24 hours I am already starting to feel alive again!

There is stress, but there is also distress from feeling like crap all the time, and this feeds back into the viscious cycle. Stress isn't just exogenous, it also has its genesis in being overwhelmed with life when our physical capacity to deal with stress is reduced because we are sick, constantly for years without end. There needs to be clear distinction here. Not everything stress related is caused by something beyond your control, like an ornery spouse.

Love the wealth of informative videos from you both!!! 🙌💪💗🙏Speaking of sinus infections, I gratefully only had one sinus infection in my young adulthood and healed it through repeated saline sterilized water netty pot and irrigated sinus with inflammation reduction which avoided need for antibiotics. This avoided in likely resurgence of another bacterial infection of sinus by depleting all good bacteria essential in our microbiome health. 🧐🔦🙇‍♀️💡🙇💪🤜💗🙏

Great question and answer session! Dr. Elroy Vojdani mentions that he had to eliminate dairy and gluten to heal his leaky gut, when he was younger. Once the leaky gut issue gets resolved, does that mean you can reintroduce it back in your diet? My son got diagnosed with EOE and am researching this as he does have a leaky gut. Although, with being diagnosed with delayed food allergy, can he at one point reintroduced those foods again, once his gut heals? Not many doctors believe that leaky guts can be the cause of food allergies. It is so confusing. Please help.

I could listen to Dr. Elroy Vojdani talk all day, so knowledgeable, calm and clear. Would be fascinated to hear @drelroyvojdani thoughts on health itself being the driver of the stress as opposed to vice versa discussed on this podcast. That feedback loop seems hard to break.

I will watch it with pleasure to have more insight. My leaky gut stemmed from mold/multiple chemical sensitivity and low MSH that was treated with step by sort approach. Before that I tried to heal my leaky gut but without knowing a core of the problem, I had many false attempts

What can you do if you have leaky gut due to antibiotics but unable to tolerate any food, supplements, etc due to MCAS, histamine intolerance and just being hypersensitive to everything food, drugs, herbs, etc? Not eating gluten, dairy, corn , egg and moderate to severely sensitive to all 88 foods tested? Is FMT or fecal Microbiota enema transplant going to help? Thanks

IN pregnancy the immune system get depressed to accommodate the foetus which carries foreign genes from dad.Women hormones are pulsatile ,in waves, up and down every month to have the cycle or get pregnant.Thyroid diseasse are more common in females one in ten because women are more emotional and reproduction is taxing. All cosmetics are chemicals absorbed through the skin.In history so many women died when they dye their hair blond. To look nice woman should be metabolically healthy and blood flow is normal by exercises. The beauty of a lean ,clean well formed body by health is amazing and eye catching ,can be seen clearly and do not need any make up.Healthy women just like sun shine.

Thank you.would you please use soft wear to type what is said in writing the screen .This help in focusing our tired distracted leaky minds. So reading (visual) and hearing ( auditory) will improve focus and the knowledge gained.Hope you take this seriously to help us listeners and update the quality of the good podcasts.Thank you.God blessings.A second point is to listen more, do not interfere and let the experts talks.Do not limit the experts by the questions thrown on them and mostly these questions are limiting and disractive.Listening is gold, talking is silver.Too much interruptions do not help distracted tired leaky minds.Thank you .Recap.1.listening is better and letting expert talks.2.Type what is said by the expert on the screen.3.less talk about the self and the ego, never because the topic is about top foods and not story telling about the self which is very hard to train the self to be selfless. .Time is life.IN podcasts the aim is to teach and change lives, not story tellings about human conditions.
