2009 में मुझे दिल्ली में डेंगू हो गया और डॉक्टर ने मुझे रोज 3-4 लीटर जूस पीने की सलाह दी और साथ ही कहा कि पैकेड्ज जूस ही पीना है क्योंकि फ्रेश जूस बनाने वाले लोग सफाई का ध्यान नहीं रखते। डेंगू 3-4 दिनों में ठीक हो गया। मैंने healthy समझकर इसे रोज पीना शुरू किया और 2018 के बाद मैं Diabetes Mellitus से पीड़ित हो गया और काफी कुछ झेला। आयुर्वेदिक एवं घरेलू दवाओं से Diabetes लगभग ठीक हो चुका है लेकिन अब कोई free में भी packed juice देता है तो मैं नहीं पीता।
