Really serious issue in Maharashtra 😔: Farmers died from Jan - OCT 2023 : 2366 avg. : 8 death/day Can you make video for this and also cover in what approach we reduce this death ? Ruling party's just do activity when voice is raised once reduced intensity then again goes on silent I known wheather it is ruling party or opponent party when that are ruling party's they don't have any interest for this topic, that why where this incident happened they prefer job instead of farming and those who not get they choose farming and they need loans after fails to pay loan they choose suicide I think one of reason , i don't know it is wrong or correct but : for 100 rs tax paid by Maharashtra only gets 7.7 Rs

Once I ordered food online and when delivery boy arrived I noticed that he was in tears. I asked him what happened. Then in hesitation he told me that his 600 rupees were lost somewhere during driving and that day was his daughter's birthday. I felt so emotional that time. I helped him with some money. He was denying to take it but I insisted him to take it. I was also a part of delivery boy once as a part time. I can understand the pain of every penny if got wasted.

सर आपने बिलकुल सही कहा प्रॉब्लम ये है इंडिया मे यहाँ क्वालिटी एजुकेशन नहीं है हम इंडियन डेवलप कंट्री से 200 साल पीछे है हमारी govt ही नहीं चाहती लोग एडुकेटेड हो, हमारे देश मे अंधविश्वास और धर्म को महत्व दिया जा रहा है एजुकेशन को नहीं, एक बड़ा कारण पापुलेशन भी है अमेरिका हमसे छेत्रफल मे भी बड़ा है और पापुलेशन भी मात्र 30cr है वहा डेवलोपमेन्ट की बात होती है हमारे देश मे धर्म, हिन्दू राष्ट्, जात पात, मुद्दा है, बल्कि असल मुद्दा एजुकेशन, स्वस्थ, और बेरोजगारी का होना चाहिए, हमारी मौजूदा govt खुद नहीं चाहती लोग इन मुद्दों पर बात करें, govt बढ़ावा दे रही धर्म के व्यापारियों को जो ढोंगी बाबा है उनको, इंडिया मे लोग तार्किक बात नहीं करते, बल्कि 80% पापुलेशन इन govt और पाखंडियो के चक्कर मे उलझी हुई है यही कारण है देश हजारों सालो मे भी डेवलप कंट्री नहीं बन सकता, कोई ऐसी govt आये जो एजुकेशन स्वास्थ्य और रोजगार पे फोकस करें, पुरे मीडिया हाउस बीके हुए है सब govt का गुणगान करने मे, सच्चाई नहीं बताई जा रही है लोगो को, और लोग बाग भी अंधभक्त बने बैठे है govt स्कूल govt हॉस्पिटल की हालत देख लो लंका लगी हुई है govt टैक्स तो अमेरिका से भी ज्यादा लेती है आम लोगो से, लेकिन उसके बदले मे सर्विस भी लोगो को नहीं देती, देश के लोगो को समझना होगा उन्हे राम मंदिर रोटी नहीं देगा, उन्हें धार्मिक गुरु रोजगार नहीं देंगे, उन्हें कोई मंदिर मस्जिद या चर्च उनका इलाज नहीं कर सकते, लोगो को सिर्फ और सिर्फ अच्छी एजुकेशन, और पापुलेशन पे कंट्रोल करके ही इस भारत देश को बचाया जा सकता है समय रहते जाग जाओ वरना इस देश को गरीब देश होने मे समय नहीं लगेगा

My father was working as a delivery boy for Big Basket. One day, he fell into a deep pit and sustained serious injuries. The company had given him a form stating that if any health issues were faced, compensation would be provided. However, when we admitted him to the hospital, the company stopped picking up our calls, and no expenses were covered. Later, when he tried to rejoin the company, his ID was blocked now he works as a e-rikshaw driver Please respect all gig workers; they work very hard. 🙏

I am from Canada. Last year, I visited India on my vacation. I heard a lot of stories from Uber drivers that customers pay only Rs.100 while the tariff is Rs.103, saying that they don't have Rs.3 change. This is ridiculous. Uber drivers get paid even more than most of the software engineers, so I don't think there is a problem on the other hand I do believe the delivery person does get paid less. There's hardly anyone in India who doesn't pay uber drivers enough, many people pay more some pay exact, mostly people in India use UPI so they hardly get less amount nowadays and even if there is any exception it's not a problem. On top of them these drivers cheat a lot and talk about a single instance of not getting paid the full amount by few bucks, pathetic.

With a tip, a smile and a word of appreciation for their work. As I'm on the top floor of the block, I will generally say “Thanks - this is for climbing the stairs”. I don't add the tip to my order, because I'm never sure that these tips are shared equally or in proportion to the work of each of them

my father works in zomato as a delievery man. and yes if you give tip on the app it isnt shared 100 percent. company also takes some amount. btw tq for helping them:)

during new year on the 31st at around 11:30 pm i ordered something and i was surprised that the service was still available. I ordered the food and i asked the delivery driver why he didnt spend time with his family. I gave him a 1000 rs tip and told him to go home and enjoy with his family. This is how dark the gig services have gotten
