Day 16 :- I have send this book to my elder sister and told her to definitely watch this one. Although she is not more interested in book and all, but I made her very clear to atleast watch or atleast listen this one. Bcoz , being and living happily, is totally depend on how we look at the problems and deal with it. All that is the game of our mind. And hence meditation is definitely a great thing to practice. I do meditation everyday of around 10 min. But hardly concentrate fully on an average of 3-4min. , people say it happens. Hope so I will also being able to achieve atleast 10-15 min. Of fully concentrated mode into my life

Day 16 - Thank you Sir for explaining 10% Happier book. I didn't also know the real meaning of mindfulness. Now I understood how to practice mindfulness. My takeaway from this book is to practice meditation daily, live in present moment rather than overthinking of past and future. Observe the surrounding things and practice R.A.I. method to understand and observe the situation. Keep learning new things and enjoy the journey. Show kindness towards everyone and ownself. Let go negativity and surround by positivity vibes. Keep calm and carry on working on own better version with focus. Do every activity like it is urgent to avoid procrastination and it keeps you self-discipline, consistency, dedication towards everything and keep hustling to achieve your goal.

Day 16 of the challenge. And the book is 10% happier. The key learning for me was how to focus on ourselves, look inside us whats going right and what is going wrong. This mindfulness not only saves time but also increases our productivity coz we will be knowing on doing what we would have desired results and what will not fetch us desired outcomes.

Class 16: 1.Meditate daily- I am mediating for last 6 months . I have became more happier and i found myself treating with others like I treat myself . Compassion towards others like they are my incarnations. 2.Present is something that makes us alive. 3.and offcourse, We need to enjoy the process of becoming , result or success is the out of process. And pratice gratitude for every tiny air and everthing we have got. Little things make us happier and success .

❤Thank you sir today 16th day's book. 🧿Today we learn about mindfullness and we practice this... In this book dalai lama said in example - Instead of being foolish selfish, try to be sensible selfish. 1. What is mindfulness - it is calm your mind. It is a little different from meditation, you start feeling the things around you. You go in side yourself and understand what things you are doing right or wrong. You practice mindfulness - sit in open place, keep your body straight, keep your spine straight, breath slowly and feel it , and think about what your mind is thinking at this time. 2. Be present - if your present is not good, try to learn something new everyday. 3. Obsessive worry - follow your passion, you have to always focus on your next step and not on what is going to happen next. 4. Make it R.A.I - Recognize - recognize your difficulties or push your comfort sone. , Allow - keep your mind calm and allow it. , Investigate - find out reason, how to solve your difficulties. 5. Important to urgent - you should look at their important work from the perspective of critical work, so that you complete it before it ends. 6. Enjoy the journey - You enjoy your struggle, we calls it learning phase, not look it as a problem. 7. Practice letting go - you work with complete focus on yourself and let go that situations or person they waste your time and energy. 8. Smart & hard work - we need to combine of smart & hard work. 9. Den harris, perspective - how they recover from depression, he turned to mindfulness and meditation, and he explain the RAIN technique - recognize, allow, Investigate, non identification , which helped him to come out of the darkest time of his life. 10. Day 16- 10% happier -accept things and situations -meditation helps your mind to keep calm and balance -mindfulness bring self-awareness -be wise selfish(be kind and helpful to others) than being foolish selfish(who thinks for only himself) -mindfulness--sit at one place with straight body and spine, and focus on breathing and overall your body inner movements -be present and use your time and take your present day time as friend to use it well -dont worry about past or future over and over as it creates more troubles, do whatever you want with dedication -make it RAI(recognize,allow,and investigate) -recognize your problems and difficulties - allow your mind to be calm and end your problems -investigate the mistakes you are doing by which some specific problems occur to you again and again -convert your important work to urgent work to do it fast and feel less burden, do it atleast one day in a week -enjouly the journey, the struggle you phase,decide/find what you want , do efforts to do that tasks, and dont get upset with the unfavorable results -practice letting go the things you cant control, you need to do hard work with focus to get succeed -do smart work with hard work, to get your success and balance in life -dan harris persperctive, mindfulness and meditation helps alot the anchor in his depression phase -RAIN technique(recognize,allow,investigate and non-identificstion) for the problems you face -Identify your feelings and troubles and allow yourself to feel good -ways to be happier(practice compassion, be kind to yourself, worry about the things that matter, creativity doesn't kesn getting into depression) Thanks....

Challenge day 16 1. This should be one of the best books ever written on meditation the writers in this book understand the importance of meditation. 2. Mindfulness is such a state and feeling when you start feeling everything around you, such as feeling the wind or listen carefully to the sound of a bird. My earlier belief about meditation were wrong.now in my experience , meditration makes you 10% happier. 3. No.limit to what can be done for happiness. It brings little change, but change comes. The key to happiness lies in accepting these small changes every day. Meditration helps keep your mind in balance. To do this , focus on your breath,Slowly breathing in and out , then repeat it. Everything we experience in this world passes through a filter,i.e our mind, Mindfulness wil make you a more flexible thinking person, but it is not a panacea for all problems ,which will fuc all your problems or remove the stresses in life. For this ,you have to do activities that increase your happiness . Happy hormones keep growing in people who notice powitive things. Instead of being foolish selfish,try to be sensible selfish. Mindfulness doesnot just mean watching things happen but being aware of what is happening and how to fix it. Focus on your body, feel what your feet are doinh, feel what your hands are doing, and feel the energy in your body. Pay attention to your breathing , think about howmany times you are breathing in a minute. Put emphasis on your mind And think about what your mind is thinking at this time.Go inside yourself and understand what things you ard doing right and what things are wrong. We should always live in our present.So if you are doing better than your present then that is great . If you want to be successfull in life then you have to avoid overthinking, you have to always focus on your next step.make your next is good and your future will always be good. R.A.I system used Converts your important work into your urgent work An important task is essential for you to do. An urgent task is that which was important earlier , but you did not do, and because of this , now it has become your compulsion to do this task. Day 16 Meditation is an important practice and a common habit of successful people. It provides clarity of thoughts. When one is aware of oneself and is conscious about his thoughts, he can take better decisions, and be happy and confident from within. The external circumstances dont affect him. The past cannot be changed and the future is unknown. Meditation helps to stay in the present and be mindful of your thoughts for they will determine the future. Meditation helps to cure anxiety and depression and provides a meaningful life.
