Ingredients: 【batter】 Eggs 3 Honey 60g Butter 60g Milk 225g Baking Powder 15g Cake Flour 340g 【Red Bean Stuffing】 Cooked red beans 300g Sugar 200g 【Pudding stuffing】 Custard powder 100g Milk 50g 1 vanilla pod Instructions How to make Red bean stuffing: Put the boiled red beans into the pot, add sugar, stir fry until the water is absorbed, let it cool and set aside How to make custard sauce: Whisk together custard powder, fresh milk, and vanilla pods. 1. Stir the whole egg, honey, melted butter and milk evenly 2. Add low-gluten flour and baking powder and stir 3. Put 6 points of batter in the Taiyaki machine, fill in the filling, add another layer of batter to fill, cover the baking pan and bake for 2-3 minutes
