The glucose tolerance test (GTT) is a test used during pregnancy to check for your sugar levels. It involves taking fasting blood and urine samples after 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours of having the glucose water. The normal values for the fasting test, 1 st, 2nd and 3 hours tests are 90-95 mg/dL,180 mg/dL, 155 mg/dL and 140 mg/dL respectively. If one value is abnormal, it's called Impact Glucose Tolerance. If two or more values are abnormal, it's called gestational diabetes mellitus. If the results are normal, it's considered gestational diabetes mellitus.
