I make Dosa out of Besan flour batter + Phylum husk(isabgol) dissolved in water + Chopped Vegetables and eat it with Sambar ( having toor dal + veggies). Helped in bringing down the blood sugar

Aggarwal ji , as per the chart shown in 6:45 wheat without fiber is 32. Lauki is 3 toh average 32 kaise ?? Send the mixture to a lab to determine what's the carb content in lauki wala aata. Can you plz explain this ?

Refined carbohydrates like white rice have a high glycemic index, which causes rapid spikes in blood sugar that increase diabetes risk. Foods with a lower glycemic index, like brown rice, are digested more slowly, causing a lower and gentler change in blood sugar

Big Mistake! Any type of rice is high in carbohydrates, so even if GI is lower it will still increase your sugar. Instead completely replace these kinds of rice and go for cauliflower rice which has ‘extremely’ less GI and carbs both
