Beta apka vedios very very informative. I am not student but luckily I saw your vedio and saluting your medical knowledge. I am a male 55yrs. In 2013 I became a diabatic and that year used metformin and lost 8 kgs weight by muscle losing. Next year starts glimepiride 0.5mg that year 2014 weight increased 5 kgs. But in 2015 again I lost 3kgs weight even on glimiperide. In 2016, 2017, 2018. No weight change. Again in 2019 to 2021 each year lost 3 kgs per year. 2022 no weight loss. No bp. I have undergone tests like hiv hepatitis b ct abdomen usg and urine and stool test blood accult but all are normal. I lost 13 kgs weight during 10 years of my diabetes since 2013. My c peptide level in 2014 is 0.6 pmol. Presently 1.01 ng . Maintaining hba1c below 6.5 since 10 years strictly. My fasting sugar always 110 to 120. PP is 160 to 180 always. Medication is glimepiride 0.5mg once daily since 9 years. Even after taking good food my weight is not increased. Before diabatic my weight is 57 kgs and now 43kgs height 162cms. I think you are only right Doctor to find out cause of my weight loss problem. Please suggest me. Thanking you Sir .SREENIVAS

Thank you for the information my daughter passed away 2months ago from dka and this was that was the first time I heard about it we are still in shock and all the signs you named she did have but she confused it with her diabetes just acting up and she was found unconscious in her bathroom they wasn’t successful with resuscitation since then I have been trying to find all the information o this that I can she was only 46 years old.
