I really don’t understand how this works at all what is freezing the enemies? Why doesn’t anyone who uses this build explain how shatter fits in and how frost bolt fits in I didn’t see you use frost bolt or hear you mention it once but it is on your skill bar.. I’m so confused

Good question, to freeze enemies you use the temper which is on my chest piece lucky hit chance to freeze enemies. With the attack speed of fire bolt this procs very often. I run frost bolt on my skill bar to get the extra stack of Tal Rashas. On bosses where there are no mobs and I can't freeze enemies sometimes I will throw in a cheeky frost bolt just to keep Tal Rashas stacked at 3 for the damage.

I personally use Wowhead. They break down builds in an easy to understand way where most youtubers seem to only glamorize the fun bits lol.

@@kenava4421 unfortunately you can't equip it twice to double the effect. Running it on amulet will help as it gets a 50% extra effect so the cooldown procs will at least be 3 seconds.

Its all in the Cooldown Reduction. The more CDR you have the faster you can move with Evade Tele

@ravenritual6662 nah bro it's actually your boots. Attacks reduce evades cooldown... this is an essential part of this build and it won't work without it. Took me a while to figure out since no videos really mention it lol.

@@SinsEwo when you get a big mob together and freeze them all and hit them with fireball. When they shatter the damage double dips and hits for billions.

Firstly flame shield, but yeah keep holding down firebolt to reset the cooldown of flame shield, lay a firewall down and teleport to it, then when the mob is frozen hit a few fireballs

@@edenk3653 it's because you can't walk or run while spamming firebolt, it's the only form of movement to stay immortal. You have to keep holding down firebolt to get the hectic procs to reduce the cooldown of flame shield

@@edenk3653 because if teleport is on the skill bar, the hectic procs to reduce a cooldown by 2 seconds will be shared with flame shield and teleport, that means you won't reset the flame shield cooldown to be immortal and die

Hi, i have rly good gears like 2 stars items on every item, 50%Cd and 51% attack speed without elixir and not including pyromanic attack speed. But i dont know, i die all the time? Feels like i cant always keep up with flameshield? Playing on xbox but it shoudnt be any problem with that? What am i missing.. 19k hp, 9300armor 70 all res

@@RobinKalogridis probably at least 4.5 seconds, currently I have 9.8 sec cooldown on flame shield and a 5.2 second flame shield duration.

ok.. this doesn't make sence. you have frost bolt listed on your skill tree but didn't take frost bolt and you are using shredding blades but don't have ice blades taken or on anything that would launch it.

@@michaelporter8006 I have frost bolt on my skill tree to get the additional tal rasha proc in a single target. If there are mobs shatter procs tal Tasha's for the extra 15% multiplicative damage, but when on a boss which you can't freeze I throw a cheeky frost bolt in there for the extra damage. The shredding blades aspect is important. The ice blades don't matter, the second half of the sentence does. You get multiplicative damage to vulnerable enemies and that works all the time not just with ice blades. I hope that helps.

@@bwing411 cooldown for flameshield doesn’t begin until after immunity ends. Making immortal flameshield impossible regardless of gear.

@damonspinelli1352 That's actually a good thing, it was daft it was ever in the game like that. It should follow the theme and be a barrier (TM) of flame.
