This build requires pressing a lot of buttons. I feel maxroll overates the minion necro, which is Tier A for Infernal Hordes.

What's your recommended helm for this build without shako? And rolls for it?

Intelligence, Maximum life, cooldown reduction (possibly GA). The additional room for legendary aspect you can use blood getter's.
