They can give the bare minimum to start and develop more features in the future, and even if they did add a load more content, people would still find a way to say it lacks content. For a casual gamer, it's a lot of content. For people who have the ability to spend countless hours a day, it's lacking. I do wish, though, that we could go back to the late 90s and early 2000s where games had to be complete before launch

that musty tome thing dropped for me too, its in your sidequest inventory tab, and it "starts" a side quest where you need to give it to the purveyor of curiosities in gea kul, unfortunately i didnt read the dialogue.. but if you turn in the quest the item is gone, maybe you need to find all 3 of the datamined items and give them in and then you get a new quest or something

it does drop from goblins , hence the goblin face on the map inside the cowhead to the "east" i've been saying that for 3 weeks now and people are still stuck behind killing butcher in the meat cellar XD

I was thinking that in d3 we give the black guy his sword and he turns into an Angel, well maby the outcast elite has the same idea, or we need 3 more worthy items and throw all them into the water maby the water drained out maby it's because the cows are trapped by endless river, the turtle didn't mind it lol, but yeah I think 3 more items similar to the helms discretion or I mean what's hinted at the 4 oxn, what we know is they added emotes to interact and or active stuff so would make since ty o use this mechanic I'm sure tho it's not till season 1 since we are in pre season

@@FrankieFresh A friend found something, he didnt want me to "tell" all cuz he wants to be first to find it, but yes. u need the butchers knife, and some rare items u get from the world -> unlock a door, there ull need the key but after that I dont know what to do.

So, as someone who had lucky coin and bloody wooden shard, I think that the drops MIGHT BE in world tier 3. And not in world Tier 4. Which might be why people aren't finding them.
