Diablo 4 Touch of Death Build (TRILLION DMG)

** A few changes have been made to the build so that we are doing like 4x the damage here is a link for the UPDATE video kzbin.info/www/bejne/f3-uYYumltpnhac and the planner in the description has been updated also ** What's going on guys so here is my take on the touch of death build for the Spiritborn, it's a ton of fun and does loads of damage which could be doing a decent amount more with certain changes. Why do you use the rings to apply "vulnerable" when you can use "soar" to apply it?, you already get the unstoppable "armored hide" and you could add a little more damage to the build

@@joaquinbotellahernanadez8537 Because soar breaks us away from attacking and stops our dps output, especially in higher pits you want to be attacking pretty much nonstop or else you can lose your barrier fast and you are doing less damage. way more convenient on the ring plus it ensures targets are staying vulnerable because of how much we are spamming.

I think this is the most FUN spiritborn type, but i just dont think it anywhere compares to Quill right now, like Quill is the only 150 Pit clear with ease. I just dont see TOD being able to clear like that. Would be a serious gear check and long fights with just mobs on the way to the boss

@@XPGamess Thats not true,If you hold the attack button while using flight, the animation is "cancelled" and you hit instantly, just like jumping with the hunter.

Duudee. I don’t have much time to play and tend to favor lazier builds bc of it. Ive been back and forth on building crushing hand or touch of death. Thought I decided on crushing hand but this build looks so good!!

I would put vortex on your hotbar and replace the runes to auto use it with XOL-XAL for 20% max life pretty much constantly. also, if you swap the gorilla from main aspect to secondary you have 100% uptime unstopable and no need for soar

Great video! I have a very similar build other than incorporating a couple mythic uniques! Quick question though… how were you able to get your critical strike damage percentage so high? I’ve tried to select all of the applicable paragon nodes, etc. but mine is still lingering around 1800% (I’m at around pit level 95 by the way)

hi there. i was using the touch of dead Robs version and was working very good, but today saw your video and was curius if it really was better in consistent damage as the robs version, and actually does a better damage indeed. Very good version, the boots im using the rakanots becouse dont have the yens, its the only change i made

Nice, well keep your eyes open tomorrow there will be an update video. made a few small changes and I have hit for up to 8 trillion damage now and I'm hitting 3-5 trillion pretty frequently doing tons of damage.

Gg dude. I cant go to 100 at para 200. But i play with noxious resonance. Is that the resilience + resolve combo which make the difference ? Ive heard of that. Thanks a lot

I dont think it does honestly, and I only go resolve, I actually pushed pit 122 just a bit ago and made a few minor tweaks to the build so its hitting for highest so far 4.5 trillion

I would say with like 200 and decent glyph levels you will be pulling pretty good numbers

hey man. great vid. going to try this. one question though... Do we need to have Soar? Can we have Vortex on the skill bar and just get rid of Soar altogether? Or does it somehow stack dmg etc. that is not obvious?

You can switch soar out for vortex if you want for sure but remember vortex also gets auto casted because of our runes

@@XPGamess Yes, but the runes' Vortex cast is too infrequent. Also, I have 9 extra paragon points compared to your Paragon board in the build guide. Where do I put those points? I want the most dmg for this build. I'm seeing billions in dmg which is great but nowhere near 100s of billions, let alone trillions in dmg. Max I saw was like 11 - 15 billion and I was able to clear Pit 90 solo.

Switched from evade and ive been having a blast! Significant damage gap between my evade and this but i do have an issue with it being inconsistent. Im mainly hitting 100k+ and occasionally pop 10m+ here and there as burst damage so im not sure if im doing something wrong or missing something, could also be just me at paragon lvl 150. Any thoughts?

IMO yens boots are better and tibualts is only a 20% multiplier we are getting far more from the pants in the video lots of armor/resolve. Also, better stats then tibaults. they would be a huge dps and defense loss for this build.

Feel like I'm doing something wrong, like I'm not doing any damage then sometimes randomly wiped the entire screen. At paragon 177, 6500 ap, 4k armor, 6300 life. Was getting 6-800 things in IH with quill in 10 rounds, only got a little over 300 with this

Well I see a big difference Mines rank 5 yours is 14, 58k dmg vs 250k dmg that you're doing. Yeesh

@@camrytt yes and you are low level with the paragon and your stats are low so there will be a bug difference

Ive just gotten in to Diablo 4 after 3. I thought I had a good build but I follow3d this realizing I dont have paragon yet. Struggling with a now slow character and excessive cool down times into the 30 second plus. Am I right in thinking I need to find gear to solve this? I forget how expansive this game is.

Your resource generation might not be high enough to be filling up everytime along with your ring of midnight sun, you may need more resource generation. also there is an update out to this build if you havent seen it yet, link in the top comment
