NEED HELP!i m your big fan and i respect you work on shaman. I have one doubt as you said in your guide over than 1400 haste is useless but why i see some BIS Shaman enchanting their gloves with hyprspeed?isnt useless?

No! 1400 is your static and sustain haste value which comes from gear and gems. While going over 1400 haste leads to sacrificing of more spell power, more haste will always boost your Chain Heal even further. Hyperspeed is enchant you can accept as a trinket or cooldown which will boost your haste and reduce your cast time in need. Alternative option is 28 SP enchant which is not even close to performance gain by +340 haste each 1 min. According to math 1 point of haste raiting is slightly better than 1 point of spell power although both of them are on same value of performance gain if you compare them according to raw healing. The thing is that in real scenario big part of this spell power will go into overheal that's why haste raiting becomes king for shaman as a main stats. More haste means more spells and more spell power means bigger heals. The balance of those 2 stats is the key. It's not the most optimal to go for full haste neither full spell power. According to my calculations and experience I found that around 1400 haste is the most optimal for BiS gear in proportion haste raiting : spell power loss and gain. For some bosses like Lich King for example and especially 0% buff the need of more spell power override the need of haste raiting in terms of tank healing simple because of the mechanic how LHW works and interacts with Tidal Waves, critical strike chance and Ancestral Awakening.

hello :) i wanted to ask something about twin Valkyrie (25hc) fight.does this fight favour holy paladin and and disco , because my healing is like 28% of their total healing as resto Shaman.is it because i m bad?or just this fight favours them ,i saw the holy pala healing details ,in his his healing . glyph of holy light did 50% jol did 30% and holy light did 20 %,and now i m being blamed for wipe . because my healing was low in this fight

No just absorbtion are broken on this fight. Try to compare with healing done only.
