Great video. Got a question, how do you select which enemy to leap to? Some times when I use Leap, I go over the enemy

Thats the problem with leap on console, you cant target enemies, its either you go the full distance or you leap at the spot you’re standing, no inbetween

Yes if you can get your leap cooldown to under 9 seconds you are good to go

As explained in the video you have to slightly flick your left analog stick to any direction just before you land so you are essentially buffering the movement input which then allows you to immediately leap in the same spot

I don't understand how this works. Like I feel like I have the movement down but Leap just never resets instantly

Do you have the giant strides aspect? And is your leap cooldown at 9seconds or below? You need both of these to have instant leap uptime

I have tried it on PS5 and I must be doing something wrong, I can't get my barbarian to perform the jumping skill that quickly

Could you elaborate on this? Is your cooldown below 9 seconds and if so are you flicking your movement stick just before you land when going for another leap?

leap and teleport are two abilities that are frustrating on a console. Since both go full distance it's practically impossible to control if you want to specifically target either from a distance. Oh well, that's one consequence of playing d4 on a console 🙂
