People say that, but just because their cut scenes are cool does NOT mean they could pull off a movie. They cant even write compelling video game stories. You think they can magically put together a great hour plus? It's easy to make trailers and stuff like this. Movies are a much much different beast. For example... It also represents the inner turmoils in human nature. How hatred can grow and destroy you and the others around. It has other meanings as well. It's actually so deep and on my levels the symbolism is on another level

That's the idea, the demon inside that stone is not some random elite or something. It is the literal lord of Hatred itself after all. The Demon Lords are all consuming and all corrupting.

Yeah, just like D3 I played D4 through the campaign and then put it down. End game is not where it needs to be. I picked D3 back up after RoS and the endgame loop was much more polished. Hope they get it figured out in D4. Haven't touched it since the month it released

This is.. stunning. Great, great interpretation of life struggles. I can sense some inspiration in LoTR, but I must admire it deeply. Best animation Ive ever seen, almost realistic and going beyond borders, thats why Diablo 1 and 2 rocked. I only wish Matt Uelmen is on the soundtrack, because he was so authentic. Crystal authentic. I wish some mainstream game or movie can explore the borders of gore, shock, cause there is huge life in it. Not because I want to see it, but because it is something "meta" in it. If Blizzard was smart, they'd have the "adventurers" conduct a summoning ritual to resurrect Lilith in order to work with her to take out Mephisto. But it's Blizzard we're talking about, so it's just gonna be a repeat of the end of Act III and all of Act IV from Diablo 3. We'll spend the entire DLC following the wake of destruction Mephisto leaves on Sanctuary, and catch up to Neyrelle just in time to see her get possessed by Mephisto. One lame boss fight later... the story ends and we're back to square 1.
