Completely agree Barricade. The Expansion is a big cup of half hot and half cold Folgers. The hot: the end game mechanics, changes to Pit/NM Dungeons, Party Finder, Raid System. The cold: the end of the campaign!? This was marketed on the return of Mephisto and all we had to fight was some extension of him through a dog. Come on Blizzard!

D4 now has a fantastic framework in place. It’s time to deliver on story and encounters. We want prime evils. Upgraded to systems 10/10. Story 6/10. Hoping to see some class reworks as well in the future.

Such a great story line and the cinematics were amazing. After the last cinematic I kept playing trying to figure out what's next not even realizing that we never get to fight Mephisto for real. Incredibly disappointed.

Absolutely agree about the anticipation of fighting a prime. Total letdown. 1yr 4months and no prime. We are being trolled!

Exactly what i thought it would be but seems they are just dragging the story out to keep pushing out a new expansion every year to keep making more money. I miss the old blizzard

I was so missed that I didn't get to fight the Actual Mephisto, I've waited years and spent 100s of dollars just for another waiting period. Now if they were to get you closer with each season to mephisto and then we fight him at a full power build that would be cool think paragon level 250 and paragon 300 max for a Prime evil. But to sell me a game for 89 dollars and not feature the main boss in full form is really infuriating. I want answers to why this is happening and why should I spend another dollar

I am not the slightest bit disappointed. I liked the story. Including the ending. It didn't reach the dark vibe of the base games' story, but iiked it. That probably is, because i generally have very few expectations. Not in people, nor in games. I just deal with the things given and live with that.

@@barricadettv Trying to rid ones self of expectations or hopes, is almost impossible. I can completely understand everyone, who is disappointed by the ending. I get the points made. Lets hope, all of us, playing and enjoying the game, will have the feeling of "Hell yeah, let's go, level another char, kill loads of demons!" quite some time longer. 😊

Well that’s disappointing to know honestly but maybe they are building up for a big finish and maybe the next or last expansion you fight all three of the prime evils at the same time idk he did say that his brothers are returning so maybe there is a big build up to that and the fight with the primes but yeah that’s a let down

As someone who hasnt played since season 1. I decided to give the expansion a chance and was not happy at all with the story. I beat the expansion and havent touched it since. I highly doubt ill be buying anymore of these games

diablo will be in 4 more xpacs. I liked the story but it felt like 1/2 of what we should have got for an xpac. and moved us onto Baal or diablo

LOD and ROS was a good expansion, this was not.... first half felt good, felt like a diablo game then they lost me, second half started to feel like some weird Diablo Narnia thing....

It was okay. I want a prime evil on each dlc and my Nemesis system. But since I still can't use chat since early launch. Season pass done I'm done. GL have fun. 🫡🫡
