Thank you so much for this and the other awesome lessons on clean up. I have done a lot of clean up on desktop over the years but this all is a great refresher as I have not used the quickbooks online much at all. Big Hugs

My clients does invoicing in a different platform, not qbo. They say they will not do double work by creating invoices in qbo again. I wanted him to do that to track a/r in qbo, but they don't want to, how will you advice?

Find some way to integrate the other platform and QBO together. At the very least, you can do a general journal entry at the end of each month to update A/R numbers.
