Interesting to hear about the illness I have been diagnosed with, Parkinson’s. I don’t like it much. The stiffness is a big nuisance and ache-y. The more I learn about the more anxious I become.

I was just diagnose 4 months ago but after reading and watching feel I have been having and showing symptoms for over 7 years. I've been going through alot of what the people who on this video have gone through and have joined a fitness club for exercise but haven't started just yet as I'm still looking for more information. Well I could go on more but I'm going to stop for now. Last thing still trying to figure out how to tell my work cause I work as an armed security officer.

Yeah i am not alone but i may be the youngest in our state, Parkinson is very rare in our state even in elderly.
