The history of this hack is quite interesting. In the original game, when Mario runs through that block to start running on wall, there's a frame that his sprite is diagonal, and it's basically the default sprite on this hack. This sprite became a meme on Furious live streams and from there came the ideia for this hack.

Seriously, you won't be able to pick any other levels if you enter the star road connected to donut secret house. Just a fair warning.

@@BlueTelevisionGames No, it doesn't brick your save, it never did, just some people that made a playthrough of it didn't know that you could just load the game and it would go back to normal and that left everyone that didn't actually play the game confused.

@@MrFilgueiras. I'm 100% sure that it bricks saves if you enter the level. If you entered the level and restarted the game, then your save file will place you on the level marker. Because there's no path off that level entrance, your save file is done for. And yes, you're right that I haven't played it. MAME won't load it's file type, and for some reason my computer has a problem with opengl; meaning zsnes won't work either. I would confirm it for sure if only I could.

@@BlueTelevisionGames I wonder too but the ghost houses always have two exits....so maybe? lol The ghosts were blocks but when you hit one you guys didn't land on it. I'm wondering if it's like the ones that are blocks later in the game. Look at them, they freeze. You would've needed a feather to fly to the top at the beginning of the level to get the secret exit.
