when they go up a spring rate, do they have custom springs? or are they changing in 25 pound increments like stock?

If you are at around 500# going to a 525# spring is just a 5% increment, so I dont think any more granularity is necessary. Although if you are very light at a 350# spring, 25# change might be a bit too much...
