Dialing in Final Deck Height

Where can I pick up that tool? I bought a 1600 dual Port that has shims on the bottom of the barrel and at the head?

@@evilbeetlekustomscreations4965 if you are referring to my deck height tool, I purchased it out of Hot VWs magazine many years ago. I don't remember which add but more than likely it was Cal Look customs.

Gene Burg has machined steel spacers. Not stamped. My non turbo 2276 setup, I run 9.5 CR but depending on cam profile. Here in Canada, we have 94 octane. No E85 gas. 0.040" is a close call as long as you are not going to rev the snot out of it.
