I have a bottle of ox blood and this looks so much darker. I loved the pen too, so much flex and line variation for a hooded style nice is amazing. I hope you enjoy this ink.

@@Doodlebud Imho, if you did something like a minute or less on cursive form for one letter at the beginning or end of the video, I think would be very helpful. I write cursive (trained by the nuns back in the day, lol) but haven’t used it often or ‘properly’ when I do. So a quick review of form is what I mean; seems your form is very good.

It is a VERY wet ink so keep that in mind. I have a review if the Aurora 88 as well, give it a look if youre interested in the pen. Hope it helps 👍

Really enjoyed this video. Vowed I wouldn’t buy another red ink but this Diamine Writers Blood is special. I’ve got Cult Diamine Deep Dark red too brown. And Noodlers Black Swan but this is a perfect shade. The Aurora pen enhances the display. This goes on my wish list for when I place an order with Cult Pens

thank you... I really enjoy your script... not too many reviewers even use such an apropos "art form" (for which why would anyone not), which really bums me out. I love fountain pens just as much as the next hobbyist/collector, but to actual with which to "create" the elegance of "cursive (and its related cousins), to and for me, lies the real magic and wonder of majesty that possessing these marvels (fountain pens) is all about.

You're really sharp with that pen: slow moves then fast...I would be wary of damaging the nib!

Maybe a special Sheening Ink called Bleeding Bismuth. Super sheener with a wide color range. I think bismuth crystals are really amazing

@@Doodlebud Bismuth is found in Pepto Bismol. Does that mean that if you get this ink on your fingers, they will turn black? We all know how Pepto Bismol can leave people with a black tongue at times.

Although I’m a Diamine fan, I did not like this ink and sold it after one fill. For my taste, it’s 1) too dark and 2) too wet. It made a Pilot capless F nib write like a European M.

It is MEGA wet! I like the colour, but the flow can be too much for the wrong pen. Great for flex pens. Don't think I've had 1 railroad while using that ink
