This is great! There are of lot of good tips here. Also, I really enjoy watching you place drills. It is very relaxing and educational. I have not thought to use a multi-placer one drill at a time. Plus, the rainbow loom holder for the pen is amazing. I had to make one right away. It helps the Silhouette tool from unwinding. Thank you.

I used washi tape on the pick me up pen, bet it would work on that too. I can still screw it to advance, just makes it so it doesn't loosen. Plumber's tape would work, I just have a bit of washi tape around :). Also, I would suggest a row straightener for your multi-placer work. Helps you straightener your rounds out together instead of individually

you can use the longer tips with wax to lay like 2-10 diamonds at a time which is a huge timesaver for areas with the same color.

I would recommend (if you still have this problem) mod pudge super glossy. Unfortunately though, this makes it very hard to flex and roll up for storage

The same problem I have to with the 6 multiplace pens . It is never straight when I used them. It was so bad that I just use the 1-3 placers and that is it.

This piggy is so cute!! I saw in another video where the person was putting like a ruler against the completed rows and pushing lightly to straighten them all out. I've also seen a tool on Amazon that is stainless steel and has holes in it that you can put the drills in through to make the rows even. Have you ever tried either of these and do they work? Thanks for sharing with us!

How often must you tap the point of the pen into the wax?

If you keep the wax covered it stays sticky and I can usually get 1.5-2 hours of work per dip, but it really depends on the brand and condition of the wax when you receive it. Blu Tak is a great option that will last longer, but honestly I just use the wax provided and have never felt like it was a bother to have to dip every 2 hours or so. That's about as long as I ever have to sit down and work anyway, so for me it's just one time into the wax when I start and then I usually don't have to do it again till the next time I sit down to work.
