Diamond Painting LogBook | #1 Starting to get Organised

I am one of those people you talked about who love to watch you organize, so this was really interesting for me. I have a large stash but mine are in gemflow, my album on my phone. The canvas legends are scanned and kept on my computer in folders that match my portfolios hanging in the closet, so I know where to find them quickly. I strictly use the canvas numbers and only name them when there is no reference number. I love getting ideas from other people. Thats why I appreciate when others share their organization techniques. Thank you so much for sharing!

This video is making me want to redo my stash log as I have completed quite a few now and want to clean it up. Thank you Rebecca! ... So after updating my log book, I am not sure which I am more surprised at that I finished 58 diamond paintings so far this year or that I still have 70 in my stash to do.

I'll be doing mine already. LOL. Might take me a bit to find out the best way for me, but once I find the right fit, it will stick.

You could add which ones are kitted up. Maybe in another color for quick reference. (KU) I do have your log book and am loving it!😊

This has made me think about what paintings I actually have waiting to be done, it 's scary! I received 8 in the post this morning (and they are not small ones!) and bought some off canvas items as gifts to do as Christmas Presents this afternoon.

I'm in the process of logging and sorting my stash too.. I'm going to send some of them to my friend as I have built up far too many in the past 2.5 yrs.... I kitted up 15 mostly small paintings the other day and hopefully will work my way through them 😊 will stop me buying more? I don't think so 🤣💚

I’ve started to log my paintings in the log book I got from you . I have a separate pages for 30x30 and smaller , 30x40 , 40x50 , and larger paintings . Each one of these has a separate page for poured glue and double sided tape. ( I’m not keen on double sided) 🤔 . I may even split further to separate pages for round and square.Then I have and special drills and projects. Im going to be ordering more pages 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 🥰💎🥰💎

I use the code on the painting. Hang them by size and in alphabetical order by the code. Drills are kept in storage drawers marked alphabetically. Drills are also kept alphabetically within the drawer. I have separate pages for each size to match my list on the wheel. I like to record where purchased, cost and whether round, square, special. Don't forget to log your DP that are to big for the hangers and need to be kept rolled up;) can't wait to see how you will figure out how to organise everything. I was looking forward to yet another video series just like when you where sorting your spares👍🥰😊

I keep all my canvases on hangers too, but I have them separated by size only. One hanger for small, one for medium, and one for large. I usually have one of each size going on at a time. I don't worry about square or round as it doesn't matter to me what I am working on when. The drills are put into ziplock bags and all put into a square cubby bin. Each bag is labeled with the "name" of the painting. I don't have much space for this so ALL of the drills, no matter the size of the painting, are in the same bin.

I'd use the canvas code number only. This would make it easier and quicker to find them. I'd probably also include where I have them stored.

This logbook can be written on either way as the pages are removable and go back in. I do it when writing on the other side, take the page out so it's flat. 💕

I would catergortise my stash by Round or Square then by sizes
