Plat and Diamond 3 is the worst part of ranked because everyone is decent enough to aim and there are no bans so there are hela hawkeyes in every single game. Once you hit Diamond 2 + and can ban stuff every match the ranked experience gets waaaay easier

It’s alright just had a 12 hour session where I went from Gm 3 to Gm 1 then back to Low GM 3 on a massive losing streak, it’s like they hand pick the worst god awful carried teammates when you’ve won too much. Had this mf go 1-18 on iron fist

Hela, Hawkeye, Hulk and Luna snow have been the most frequently banned, at least in my games. It honestly makes it more fun. Diamond 2, one win away from Diamond 1.

This has been my ranked experience lately. I solo queue and was on Diamond 3 but now I've been going between Platinum 1 and 2. I just want to reach Diamond again and call it quits for this season

Play DPS yourself. The game doesn’t hesitate to make DPS do significant damage, unlike Overwatch. Meaning you have a lot of say in how the matches go. If your teammates are really at fault with their poor performance, play DPS, climb out of low elo, then swap back once you start getting good teammates again.

All solo queuing needs a good lead extrovert or extroverts giving out comms I truly wish I were as outgoing but instead I have to wait every other game for someone who’s willing and good at relaying messages between the team literally the most broken strat it’s insane and ig obvious how much communication matters in a game that revolves around coordination anyway thanks to all the Team Lead extroverts

It's not rewarding to put oneself out there on the social aspect. Teammates tend to hyperfocus on vocal member's performance. I've seen terrific performers and team players in solo queue that legitimately deserve a higher rank than the one we share. When I queued with these people, we all gained rank from group play and in our solo games, too.

marvel rivals comp for me has already turned super toxic, people intentionally throwing games, getting called the N word over and over again by frustrated players, getting no teamwork from my team i could say on the mic lets go right and half the team still goes left. This is no different than OW it just took people 2 weeks to get hard stuck in rank and turn toxic. This is the reason why i deleted OW paladins from my pc, this game is going to get deleted real soon too.

Because not only can u swap to something else if u are countered or banned out, but u understand the mechanics and gameplay of other heroes much better. But go ahead and keep playing Hawkeye or Hela and getting banned out/countered of your main. See how far that gets u.
