I prefer peach over toad. She hits max speed as well but with a better stat distribution imo. Great hyperstrike for clearing the out the front of the net as well. I stopped using Rosalina then came back to her with a bit more speed and lover her now.

You have waluigi and donkey Kong switched, waluigi max speed and strength, donkey Kong mixed player that can shoot and defend on the wing that goes back as well

You definitely want DK to be the back bone of the defense so offense should not matter whatsoever you’re looking to score with the other 3 more often than not, similar to actual soccer/football

- Roselina with a bit more buff on Technique usually scores on half of her attempts from midfield with a perfect charged shot. With items that is usually always possible to get 4-8 attempts each game. (meaning 2-4 goals each match from her alone) Also with more technique I hit all the hyperstrikes perfectly.

woahh great loadouts!! my team is slowly changing over time but rn it’s Luigi : i maxed out his technique with really good passing. i kind of consider him like the get the ball first and pass it type character (or shoot if needed since technique is up) Toad: my speed character. his speed and strength are up as well as his passing so it’s good for taking the ball from others and running away with it Bowser: he’s like the shooter ig. i maxed out his cannon set so his shooting is 24 or 25. hes also quite strong. Wario: he’s max in Strength and halfway with shooting. I’m experimenting so idk if I wanna keep it

when i play, yoshi is my striker so i leveled up his shooting, mario is my winger for crosses, luigi is my hyper striker, and toad is my backwards defense, he takes the ball then moves it up

As a Captain I use Mario with the following gear. Technique Chest Technique shoes Shooting Gloves. Dude, this mario can score anything and do easy hyperstrikes.

Lol it’s funny because before I watched this video since day one I’ve been using Rosalina, toad, DK & Mario (from right to left). This team is pretty balanced having toad and DK playing on the side is nice since toad is using for his speed and DK used for defensive

I need to get used to a speed player on my team. I currently run Rosa captain with 18 shooting/21 tech. Then I got Mario on the wings as a second striker with similar stats and then usually run Bowser with max shooting on my other wing and been rotating Walu (high speed/strength/tech)/DK (high strength)/Wario (high shooting/speed/strength) in the back. But i will also admit that a big part of my strategy is lots of hail mary shots on goal with strong shooters and low time of possession.

I've actually been using Peach as my captain, with all turbo gear. Then I also have Toad and Waluigi on the wings with all turbo gear... Then my backline is Bowser with all muscle gear. Haven't lost a game yet. My Bowser just keeps everyone knocked down while me speedy characters drive the ball.

I discovered max speed toad last night and it is actually busted. If you get a lead you can just camp in the back and they can't get the ball off you

I just got the game yesterday and came to a very similar team pretty quickly just through logic and some trial and error. Against the CPU it's helpful to have higher shooting on Rosalina so you can braindead shoot everytime she gets the ball in a decent position.

Knowing what to equip is one thing but getting the coins to buy them is chore in of itself(if you don’t carefully spend the coins properly at the start). Edit: Apparently there’s a video that answers the issue of getting more coins.

I use Bowser up front but then switch as a midfielder since his high str and shooting that allow him to stun the goalie more often than not from midfield basically make him ideal for that. Rosa as my striker cuz of her broken curved shots and dk and waluigi in the back online.

I use Waluigi as my 4 slot, I use either Rose, or DK up front, and peach/toad on wings

I usually use Waluigi as captain with gear to make him strong fast and good with shooting and technique with passing being very low I use Mario with similar stats but more technique as a wing with less strength and speed Rosalina who is slow but VERY powerful with near max shooting with good strength and technique And Toad in the back for a very good all rounded to defend and pass the ball around to any of the other 3

i mean your team seems hard countered as long as they have someone on rosalina 24/7, nobody else here is shooting goals. Also feel like waluigi is better in the 4th slot as you can do the same min shooting loadout but hes a defensive menace with his speed and strength.

Waluigi has high technique which is really important for scoring and Toad's speed means they get on the end of loads of rebounds, or create simple chances for teammates 😊

Why do you find 8 strength is a lot better than 4 for toad. You can tackle without a charge 5 and any amount of charge 8 meaning he goes down fast by any character regardless of their strength. It only helps him for his own non-charged tackles but should he be your tackler anyway? I’d prefer either shooting or tech so he can score. Great vid tho

I do lots of non-charged tackles and opponents often use a Toad/Peach, or other weaker characters, that can be knocked off the ball this way

I have the perfect Mario setup, lets see if you have it. Will edit after. My DK is similar to yours, just lower str and more pass. Very valuable lobbing the ball across the field without getting intercepted. You didn’t cover Mario so can’t compare.

The game is broken ... no matter what u are saying. My AI stays on the side, the computer AI reads 95% of the input and goes to get rebound ... if the User AI was 50% as good as the computer AI I wouldnt comment. But right now it feels i am 1 great player vs 4 awesome god players ... and i won all the cups in both mode, this game is not fun, its cheated, unfair and plain a scam.
