Last February thru May I was home from work due to both knees being replaced so I made it my 5 months of dragon paintings. Thanks to so many of your previews I absolutely loved my finishes. I did 7 in my time off. Including my most favorite I Am. Oh Bee Keeper and Little Helpers. Thanks for loving dragons and fantasy.

I did finish a big Deutschland this last year. That was my one goal for 2022. I also have a mystery kit that is larger than the Deutschland one that up until a month ago was truly a mystery to, but I cave and went looked up the artist. It is a WIP going into 2023. And yes that one panel counts as a finish. You put the time and effort so yeah it counts. Thanks byeeee

Hi Katie I worked on a kit from jaded gem shop it was a custom of an old dog. This kit was such a pleasure to work on I love every minute of it and it turned out so beautiful. I will be ordering more from her

2022 was great for my Diamond painting life! I completed 14 (my goal was 13) paintings this year and tried 2 new to me companies! I also won 2 prizes from events which I was stoked about. Next year my goal is 15 completions and I’m going to start with oldest kits in my stash first(not including current WIPs/current kitted up). I have loved watching your videos and can’t wait to continue to watch you in 2023!

Hi Katie! I just started my DP journey in late April of this year. So this whole 2/3 of the year marks my full-on addiction to DPing! For which I am grateful. I have done about 20 paintings (I haven’t accurately counted) and I’m definitely in love with this “hobby.” And I really love your channel, along with other people’s, and it’s so fun to be in a live and be able to say hi to you - sort of like you guys are all DP celebrities. Thanks for sharing! I only started diamond painting early this year, but am happy with my 9 completions! I feel like I've gotten the hang of miltiplacing and completed my first BIG canvas, so now I feel like I know what I'm getting into. I'm loving finding new artists through DP (more than I already did through puzzles). Especially loving Ivy Dolamore and Dakota's sea life! I'm excited to try out some new to me brands this year. I have a couple in my stash ready to go!

Holy guacamole that's a lot of finished kits! I think that first section of Dragon Race Into the Night is too big not to count as a finish because a lot of kits are smaller than that. I would say 43 finishes. I've had such a crazy year with health concerns in the family, killer overtime at work, training new hires, and pet shenanigans that I only worked on 4 kits this year but I do adult coloring too and that can also be time consuming. I already have a finished kit for 2023 though and I'm expecting that this year is going to be better crafting wise than 2022 for me. And if I didn't say it already-- Happy New Year!

My favourite videos are the showing of finished diamond paintings so I enjoyed this so much. I have a few of the ones you showed so I was so excited to see them finished. "Star Maker" should arrive this week and I am so excited to get it especially now that I have seen it finished. I wish I could DP as fast as you can because I have so many I want to complete lol. After seeing "Sleep" I want to order, it is so beautiful and the last one you showed, the red&white one, I think you said is discontinued, I would have bought that one in a second. OMG Star Maker looks absolutely stunning finished!!! That kit was a grail for me for quite a while since it originally released only through Michaels and my local stores never stocked it... Was super bummed 😓 thought I'd never get it. But, DAC finally dropped it on their site and I bought it instantly, have yet to make it though lol 😆 I would consider it one of my rainy day kits as well. Also, Woman in Gold is my all time favorite paintings, Gustav Klimt is my favorite artist.. I'm definitely going to have to look into getting that kit.

First let me say that I absolutely hate that you feel that you have to make sure that people dont mistake your intentions as asking for sympathy. I mean really. Why would anyone think that? It doesnt sound that way to me at all. You were just sharing with us your struggles and it really does help some of us to know that we are not alone and we can get through it to a brighter day. My goodness. Katie my heart just aches that you feel the need to explain that. I have heard you say it plenty of times. Anyone that has been here should know....rant over. Anyway, of course include your panel as a finish. Include every panel as a finish. That is a huge accomplishment! This year I did have a lot of diamond paintings as wips. I squirrel and want to start all the things. I did finish 6 wips and I did 4 new starts that I did complete. But in 2023 I am going to try to not have so many new starts. I also cross stitch and I wont say how many Heaven and Earth designs I have on the go. LOL!!! Looking forward to all your coming content. Luv ya!!!

I currently store them in a large artist portfolio from Amazon that holds up to around a 60x80cm kit stores flat. I have another portfolio with sleeves that I’ll be testing out and sharing soon!
