Greetings from Scotland! You asked "Does she ever disappoint you guys?" Without any need to think about that question, I can say "No, never!" Diana never promises anything, but boy, does she deliver! Constantly aware of her quality of output, Diana tries (and succeeds!) to deliver perfection in her vocals! Does she ever fall short of absolute perfection? Occasionally, but after all she is "Only Human!"😊 and if she does fall short of absolute perfection, that's great! Why? Diana's Grandad on her new mothers side is remembered by the family every May 9th - Pavel Ivovich Ponik - Guard Sergeant, Red Army. So this date means a lot to Diana and her new family. The song comes from 1933 and was composed by Lev Knipper and Viktor Gusev. The song was intended to be sung from the perspective of a young Red Army soldier going off to defend his people and homeland. A terrifying prospect for any youngster! Diana has a masterful ability to convey the emotions in the lyrics, as if she herself were that young soldier! Great reaction as always!

Well she does study at the best Theater and arts school in Russia, she is currently at her fourth year and by the looks of it she is acing. As for the song it is a very old military marching song, she made this video for the celebration of the Russian "Victory day" that commemorates their victory on the second World War. Since there is a huge number of people that lost their lives on WWII she pays tribute to the fallen, her own grand father fought there and i think that it is his hat that she puts on the log with the flowers at the end. I personally love this video/song and even though i am not Russian i feel it especially close since i also had family that fought and died at WWII.

Диана никогда ничего не обещает, но она всегда выполняет! Постоянно заботясь о качестве звучания, Диана старается (и преуспевает!) добиться совершенства в своем вокале! Не дотягивает ли она когда-нибудь до абсолютного совершенства? Иногда, но, в конце концов, она "только человек!" 😊 и если она действительно не дотягивает до абсолютного совершенства, это здорово! Почему? Потому что это означает, что у нее будет возможность совершенствоваться, и это то, что она делала на протяжении всех тех лет, что я наблюдал за цветением этого молодого прекрасного цветка! Что она будет делать в будущем? Я (к счастью) понятия не имею, но я буду наслаждаться каждой минутой, пока это происходит! На мой взгляд, Диана уже сейчас является одной из величайших певиц, которых мы когда-либо слышали на планете Земля! Представьте, что мы увидим в будущем!

The invaders had plundered our country and put our people in concentration camps. The newly born Worker and Peasant Red Army threw the invaders all out. And then the Red Army of Workers and Peasants won again, against the invading forces of the Nazi Europe in 1941-1945, who plundered our country and put our people in concentration camps, again... The Red Amy threw the Nazi invaders out again. Diana is honoring her ancestors and our Motherland's history.
