No, it's not an original song - it was written, I understand, in 1942 and was popular in World War II - hence the style of dress she wears in the video. Diana recorded it to mark 9th May "Victory Day" in Russia - akin to Memorial Day in the USA or Remembrance Day in the UK.

May 9th is to Russians is as Memorial Day is to Americans. This song has nothing to do with the current war in Ukraine. Diana has sung a song on May 9th for years. The Soviets lost over 25 million people in the war against Hitler. This song was written in 1942 during that war.
