I was lucky enough to see Miss Krall sing this lovely ballad at Borgata, in Atlantic City, NJ. They turned all of the lights off in this huge theatre, put one white spot on the piano and her, and she sang this. She and that piano were so quiet, her voice so soft and melodic that I looked around to see if anyone was feeling what I was; even the man sitting next to me had little, soft tears in his eyes. It was quite a performance, and I will always remember it because it was so personal and beautiful.

It was my great pleasure to meet Dianna Krall some years ago when I did some work for her. Far from being in love with herself, she was and is filled with humility and a warm genuine person. Mr Ozone is obviously a great pianist but for someone who is used to accompanying herself I think she was just being careful because of the number of fills he was playing. I hope to meet her again someday and tell her what her music has continued to mean to me.

I went to Berklee College with Mr. Ozone, even played in a concert in which we both played piano with a big band. He kinda blew me away that night. . Amazing talent but in the opening he gets a bit carried away and obviously distracts the vocalist, but once he gets in a groove with Krall they kill me. However, Benny Green's accompaniment on this song on Krall's Nat Cole album is my absolute favorite piano accomp. of all-time.
