@@swingmanu9969 Savoir vivre de quoi?? I love Emmanuel but Josho is definitely more skilled, watch any of his videos, the guy is just an alien, maybe the best guitar player alive. " If you know the style, you can see that Joshko doesn't do too much, to not emphasize the difference. savoir vivre". Can you explain me this sentence please? You are saying that he's emphasizing too much his style. Have a good day!
@swingmanu99694 жыл бұрын
@@OjoRojo40 Don' t answer too fast! No matter what Tommy Emmanuel plays, he always makes it sound good, or preferably "good enough". He has a trademark sound of his own, but he shares the stage playing other styles, where he's not as good. In doing this, he take chances... In return, Joshko manages to not play his most demonstrative style, so Tommy will not look bad... That's what I call "le savoir vivre" : make sure everybody feels fine when you're in a good position. And, last but nor least, I couldn't care less who's the best guitarist in the world, and who's not... By the way, there's one thing you may not know: these very fast and furious manouche styled guitarists are a hundred per cent better in non-professionnal conditions , because the quality of the pickups or mics imposes them fast playing, when acoustic(or low amplification) conditions allow them the soulful slow playing that is lacking in their shows. It's not just about speed...
