I did my kitchen counters and made a desk and now am doing a credenza. People are asking me to do their counters and there is an account I follow that I like how it looks but she just shows before and after and no DIY even tho her videos are tagged DIY. I get it, she wants to protect her methods but she’s in Chicago. Not like someone on the other side of the coast is going to be a competitor. I’m not even charging. She has classes in Chicago which isn’t really something most people can do. I really appreciate you walking thru all your products and the step by step process. This has been so helpful and I can’t wait till someone wants to do a counter in the colors you sell.

The vast majority of artists, especially those outside first world countries, are creating amazing and AFFORDABLE art. I travel to third world countries and see the amazing AFFORDABLE art there. Bali is an extraordinary place as is Vietnam to buy art (so bring an empty suitcase and you'll be glad you did). When I travel and experience something significant in another country I always try to get a piece of art/sculpture/painting, as a memory of that place. You DO NOT need to spend $1000s of dollars on art, and in fact, by buying from unknown international artists you can decorate your home in an amazing variety of styles, colors, ranging from impressionistic to classical.
