it's amazing how the minute she mentions his name her eyes just fill with tears but she did a good job keeping it together. i REALLY wish she had been in the tribute cause i feel like people undervalue their relationship but in terms of the show (and I'm sure in real life) it was super important!!

Geraldo That is a rumor, but it's never actually been confirmed that she really wasn't invited. To me, it sounds more likely that she wasn't available. The show creators have said that many previous cast members called them and asked to be included in the tribute episode, and that they pretty much allowed all of them to come back if they wanted to. I'm guessing that Dianna was probably either invited already or at least they probably would have included her if she had contacted them and asked to be in it. Even if they had some sort of feud with Dianna it would sound extremely petty and childish if they denied her the opportunity to take part in the tribute to Cory. Especially if she and Cory were friends; I mean, it was a tribute to Cory Monteith, after all, so it would have been very disrespectful to him if they banned one of his friends from the tribute. And Dianna was in other episodes that same season, which just makes it sound all the more strange that they would have purposefully excluded her from this. I really hope that Ryan Murphy and all the others had more decency than that.

Many people forget that Heather Morris wasn’t in the episode either. I know the rumour hasn’t been confirmed but I think a lot of people suspect that she wasn’t invited.

Unless the press just typed up quotes that Dianna never said, that information is a LOT more credible than the anonymous sources saying two different things. All we have from the press now, whether gossip or not, is three separate stories, neither of which ANYONE but Dianna, Ryan, and whoever else was involved in the casting of the episode, knows. So basically I wish people would quit saying Dianna had a scheduling conflict like it's a fact. There is absolutely no proof of that at all.

I understand being disappointed that a favorite wasn't on the show. I would probably be angry and sad too. However, that is no reason to pass on gossip such as Lea and Ryan hating Dianna. I'm more a Lea fan, but was also disappointed Dianna wasn't included somehow. I think it has to do more with scheduling - perhaps Dianna wasn't able to be where she needed to be when they were shooting a scene intended for her because she was out of town promoting the movie.
