Diana, I am a big fan of your videos. One thing though is, these videos are just initial peice of learning but a deeper learning of Product Management could be from showing real life examples. Such as, "hey here was the problem, here is what I analyzed from the funnel, here is the AB/ Multi-variate test I did, here were the results, here is the decision I made". I teach a PM Bootcamp course online and considering my experience is a bit short since I haven't had to do AB Testing and products I have worked on have been very early stage, I sometimes lack being able to give students more info. Students are very happy with my teaching so far but I feel it's my responsiblity to tell give them real life material a bit more than I am able to.

@7:00 If I could remember, I think the example citing Tiktok according to Hacking Growth book by Sean Ellis is known "Flipping the Funnel": where you get people to experience the aha moment before converting them. Hope I'm correct Dianna?
