Around time stamp of 9 min, the question "what do we do" is not really answered, when two metrics go at different directions. What is normally the answer? For example if NSM is up, but a counter metric is down, how can we decide whether to ship or not? That's the thing I struggle the most with understanding. Also in general, in the long term the metrics can keep changing, for example, NSM that went up, might later start dragging in the long term down due to counter metric going down, but our experiment doesn't provide data about long term, as it ran in short term. (for example, if users were first thrilled from a change, but it decreased quality and they will notice it only later on) So what kind of answer will be appealing, both during the interview, and also in real-life as a PM, how do PMs actually make decisions in those cases? :) Thanks for the videos!

At around time stamp 6 mins, you discuss about other tests that are possible. Do you mean other A/B tests? Or are there other methodologies for measuring impact and making decisions about product changes? - I’m curious about other techniques that might be used by data scientists/ PMs in the industry

Other tests as in options you can test so test a, b, c, not other methodologies
