Honestly I think he should’ve made a fair one. But seem like Charles felt like Helen was the best he could do at the time… which is crazy cause Helen is a beautiful woman. He clearly had no intentions of being with her forever. Charles was a colorist.

Nah I can’t agree I’d say a prenup in case either person steps outside the marriage. The person who steps out loses out on alimony primary custody and 70% of the assets value because if you stay in a no fault state guess what, your spouse can cheat and still get alimony child support for primary custody and 50% of the assets as in no fault states they don’t care why you divorcing they care about fair asset splitting
