I’m so excited for this project to finally be released! It’s been an amazing journey and honestly I hope you’ll do more Wimpy Kid High School films in the future if you’re up for it! I also wanted to share a curious intentional/maybe unintentional detail I noticed? That I really love! So Greg says he’s going out with family for the weekend right? Then we see Rodrick and Greg talking about Rowley at the cemetery! But why there? Well! I believe someone in the family died, possibly MeMaw I believe, or they’re visiting her grave with the family! I love that they’re yelling about this there, because it clearly shows the narcissistic and sociopathic traits that the Wimpy Kid fandom has been following Greg on for the past few years! Instead of caring about the passing or the relative they’re visiting, they’re talking about High School garbage and popularity! Perfect for showing that for showing those traits for not only Greg, but also his brother!

I was never into this source material or the adaptations of it, but this fan film looks very good! Got to love it when you see fandoms take things into their own hands. I've been into fan films of things like Legend of Zelda, Star Wars, DC for well over a decade and I'm glad to see fan films are not a dying concept!!!
