The Rabbi should organize an "Annual Ancestry Day" every December between Christmas and New Year at the castle courtyard to share his knowledge of the ancestors and our history. During this day, as a sign of respect, participants will take turns to go and touch the walls of the slave cells and say a thank you prayer for being survivals of all that took place during that time (Prayer: Dear ancestors, thank you for your resilience, thank you for your survival, we made it back to the motherland, Amen). Visiting those castle should be like an annual pilgrimage for all African diaspora.

I was at the cape coast castle a few years back, and It was emotional! How could another human being treat another person so unjustly? And then there's a church on top of the castle where the pastor sits and watches the female slaves bath and he gets to choose who he sleeps with that day, and this went on for years!!!

Be nice to us give us free citizenship and free land to build our home because our ancestors never give up their citizenship or their land. I feel like this will be a righteous thing for the African people that was taken away from Africa against their will because the African people in Africa would love to have their land back from the white man who ancestors have stolen their land and if we are one people give us our land back that belongs to our ancestors because right is right and wrong is wrong. What's good for you in Africa should be good for us that was taken away from Africa against their will, free citizenship and free land because our ancestors land is still in Africa and citizenship it's up to you Africa and Africans to do the righteous thing for your people coming back home knowing all the hell our ancestors went through we are not asking for much I believe that this is the least you can do for your people coming back home to help Africa become great again some of us might not have so much money but the little money that we have will be spent in Africa

...I have never understood why he is called a Rabbi, I don't understand what this has to do with African people worldwide, I know African Americans like to call themselves Hebrew Israelites and that's fine, but please explain why the guides call these dungeons castles, why they do not have the full knowledge of the history of Africans taken from the continent and why no-one asks any questions, or is allowed to? 🤔
@RabbiKohainHalevi2 жыл бұрын
I am called Rabbi because I am a Rabbi and a Kohain(Priest). Just like you have Imams, Pastors, Reverends, Bishops and other clergy of African people who make up our diverse African family. I am also a Pan AfricanIst, historian, activist, artist, lecturer which qualifies me to speak to issues definitely concerning to plight of my people and set the records straight as it pertains to our true legacy which for the record did not begin with slavery but was interrupted by slavery and it’s twin sister colonialism. African traditional spiritual science systems were the beginning of conceptualizing religious beliefs systems and is the foundation of Judaism, Christianity and Islam and many others. Those of us Aware and conscious refer to these edifices as dungeons because that was the African experience. The term castles is the glorified celebration of the European experience so we reframe from using this term as much as possible. I pray this adds some clarity to your question.
