This banded episode is my very favorite. I'm six weeks postpartum and I've been doing these since four weeks and have seen amazing improvements. I'm also a fitness instructor so am plugging these into my Barre classes moving forward! It's never too late to recover from pregnancy. Thank you!

What is the recommended length of time transitioning from beginner 1,2,3 etc? In the videos it says when you feel ready. If we're following the videos 5 times a week, does a week per video seem likely?

I love this channel’s workouts and used them all the time throughout my pregnancy. Are you open to feedback about the use of the premiere feature? I get pretty annoyed by videos that show up on my subscriptions that use the premiere feature. Unfortunately, despite my love of your content, there are now so many videos from your channel that show up as “premieres in X days” in my feed, that I will be unsubscribing to keep my feed limited to videos that I actually am able to watch when I’m loading my feed. Hope you’ll consider changing the frequency of these types of videos in the future!

Hi!! Yes, this is a great place to start! I would recommend following along with our diastasis recti program (www.nourishmovelove.com/diastasis-recti-program/) and progressing to our postpartum program (which adds in strength training).
