can you change the osd design on your f411? because i cant and its realy anoying

I'm not entirely sure. I have never used it. However. I do know that on most Betaflight FCs with integrated OSD Chip. When changing the Font/design in Betaflight. You need to have the flight controller Powered with a battery for changes to take place. This is because the OSD chip needs power which USB does not supply. So try that. (props off for safety) connect the Battery.. Then the USB, then make the changes and save. And see if that works. 👍
